Unlike some other online stores, at Lace.ie we believe that you want your purchase sent to you quickly and securely. That's why we guarantee our Express & Secure Delivery for your valuable custom, which can be traced at all times.
Our promise to you is to deliver your item direct to you within 2 working days (Ireland), subject to stock availability and payment card authorization. Deliveries to Great Britain, Europe and the Rest of the World may take longer.
To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders are sent via An Post's Registered Post service*. This means that your order is insured from the moment of the despatch and that it can be tracked at all times using our safe and secure Track & Trace ID number.
Our Express & Secure Delivery charges are per order rather than per item. Once you have selected your item(s) for purchase, delivery charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
All orders are sent in plain envelopes or packaging. Should any order be delayed in despatch due to stock availability, we will contact you directly to advise you (see Stock Availability).

*All deliveries will be made according to An Post's Registered Post standards. All Express & Secure deliveries will require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for a package, the package will be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that as a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
**International deliveries will generally be made within the times advised, however delivery times to some countries may vary. Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive your package.
