Lace.ie may verify payment and/or address details provided with your order. Your order is an offer to purchase products which Lace.ie may or may not accept. Should we refuse to accept an order we will make contact with the email address provided with the order.
2. Electronic Communication. When you place an order through Lace.ie, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Lace.ie will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
3. Pricing and Product Information. Lace.ie makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Lace.ie's products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Lace.ie's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Lace.ie, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your payment card has already been charged for a purchase, Lace.ie will issue a credit to your payment card in the amount of the charge.
4. Security and Privacy. Lace.ie follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of payment data over the internet. When paying for an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
5. Payment and Shipment. You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit and payment cards, issued in The EU: Visa® & MasterCard® cards. Orders placed before 12.30 p.m., Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 12.30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day. We ship all products using An Post (Ireland) Registered Post (Express & Secure Delivery).
6. Warranties. The only warranties Lace.ie provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the Lace.ie Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written manufacturer documentation accompanying such product or service.
7. Contract for Sale of Goods. The Lace.ie online store is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Lace.ie and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you and Lace.ie irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
